Dr Gary Alexander, has been passionate about people and planet for most of his life. He has written about, dreamt about and worked towards sustainable communities since the 1970s. He is the author of eGaia, Growing a Peaceful, Sustainable Earth through communcations. He worked for the UK Open University for 37 years, was a co-founder of the Open Coop, was a Trustee of the Transition Network, helped invent online learning, helped create Summer Schools, Dance Camps, Fairs, is a musician and dances Argentine tango.
